Rock Castles Landscaping is owned by Max Phelps, BS from Cumberland
College 1978. Many years farming and landscaping experience, including
managing King's Gardens in 1998 near Lexington Kentucky. Currently have a
presence in both Kentucky and North Carolina. Specializing in aquascapes,
ponds, rock work, streams, stonescapes, waterscapes and water gardens. We
are Certified Aquascape Contractors.

unless your budget exceeds $3,500 and includes a new waterfeature.
